1. How do I order?
- You add the horseshoe(s) of your choice to the shopping basket.
- Then choose the amount, the text to be engraved and the message for your greeting card.
- After that go to `finish order´
- Here you can add your address and your method of payment. (paypal or invoice)
- Directly after you place your order you will receive the invoice per email.
- Within 2 working days you should receive your Good Luck Horseshoe at the address submitted by you.
- Should you choose for `payment by invoice´ please ensure that you pay the invoice before you give the horseshoe as a gift.
- If we have not yet received the payment, then the recipient of the horseshoe will be unable to access the `members page´.
2. What are the delivery times for an order?
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from Holland with TNT Post.
- Orders received on Friday afternoons, after 1400 hours, will be processed on Monday.
- An order for 1 horseshoe will be dispatched in a box that fits through the letterbox, you do not need to be at home at the time of delivery.
3. How much does a cast iron horseshoe cost?
The prices can be found on the page describing the horseshoes and on the order form.
4. What are the methods of payment?
You receive an invoice with email.
You are required to pay the amount on the invoice within 7 days.
You may also pay with Paypal. Send your payment to: info@zeezicht.com
Please ensure we receive your payment before you give your horseshoe as a gift, otherwise the membership will not yet be activated.
5. Is there a discount if purchasing more than one horseshoe?
For large orders there are special prices.

6. Does my order come with a guarantee?
For centuries, all over the world millions of people believe that horseshoes bring good luck. This is why our horseshoes come with a unique guarantee, no cure, no pay!
Give the horseshoe a chance to bring you good luck, be patient.
If after 1 year you still have not had any good luck please fill in the form and add your members number. In return you will receive a brand new horseshoe, no questions asked…This is a lifetime guarantee!
7. Do the horseshoes all have the same measurements and shape?
Horseshoes are made to measure for every horse. Therefore, no two horseshoes are the same, they are unique. As well as that, the irons have been weathered due to wear and tear (and so they should be, new horseshoes do not bring good luck). Scratches and signs of wear are normal.
The average size is about 12 x 12 cm, the weight is about 350-550 grammes.
8. How many letters can be engraved on a horseshoe?
On the order form you can submit your personal text of up to 15 letters per line (including spaces). The font used for the engraving is `Arial´.
